Project Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate detailed business impacts resulting from client solution implementations
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to define project requirements and ensure alignment with objectives
• Lead the preparation of reports, timelines, and presentations to articulate project progress
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and quality to ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify, allocate, and manage resources
• Deliver end-user training and guide stakeholders through organizational change management
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
• Contribute to the development of client proposals and participate in internal mentoring

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in project management, project controls, or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in client-facing or professional services environments
• Ability to work onsite in Toronto, Ontario, and willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet
• Background in energy, infrastructure, capital projects, or regulated industries
