Responsibilities

This posting covers multiple Project Management Consultancy (PMC) roles for an LNG Import Terminal project in Malaysia, including:

• Project Manager: Lead overall PMC execution, manage EPCC contractor performance, and oversee project schedule, cost, and risk.
• Engineering Manager: Lead engineering disciplines, review EPCC deliverables, and ensure design compliance and safety.
• Procurement Manager: Oversee procurement planning, RFQ processes, vendor selection, and supply chain risk mitigation.
• Construction Manager: Supervise site construction activities (civil, mechanical, piping, E&I, marine) and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• SHE Manager: Implement and enforce Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) systems and conduct risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's or MBA preferred)
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in relevant engineering or management disciplines
• Hands-on experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) roles, specifically in LNG projects
• Based in Malaysia
• Professional certifications (Chartered Engineer, PMP) highly preferred
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and English communication skills
