Project Management, Change Management and Communication Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the HRIS Project Manager in implementing various actions related to the deployment of an HRIS project.
• Assist in project steering by preparing meetings (steering committees, workshops) and producing synthesis materials such as dashboards and presentations.
• Implement the change management and communication plan, including evaluating results and analyzing ROI.
• Create diverse educational and communication content, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, and training materials.
• Support teams in adopting new tools and processes through workshops and training sessions.
• Contribute to data management by structuring, analyzing, and ensuring the reliability of HR and project data for reporting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Project Management, Change Management, or Communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in digital tools and new technologies.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• High level of organization, rigor, and discretion.
