Project Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple documentary, television, and digital media productions simultaneously
• Develop, manage, and refine detailed, multi-million dollar production budgets across all phases of production
• Partner with creative leadership to align financial planning with editorial vision while identifying cost efficiencies
• Collaborate with production and post-production teams on staffing, equipment, workflows, and timelines
• Track and forecast project financials, providing regular reporting to senior leadership on budget status and project health
• Serve as the primary liaison between NFL Films and third-party clients, vendors, and partners
• Oversee project wrap processes, including cost actualization, reconciliation, and final documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, Media Production, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in TV, film, or media production
• 5+ years of experience managing budgets and overseeing multiple concurrent productions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production budgeting tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-million dollar projects under tight deadlines
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage professional relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of combined production and post-production experience
• Experience working in documentary, sports media, or branded content environments
• Familiarity with industry rate structures
• Experience with production management software and financial tracking systems
