About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Co-Head of CTL and Project Management Director of Sales to drive operational excellence and lead strategic initiatives
  • Manage projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes
  • Prepare, organize, and coordinate briefing materials, reports, and presentations for executive meetings
  • Gather, analyze, and present project data and insights to inform decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and recommend solutions
  • Track key metrics, sales, and technology initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to manage schedules, travel logistics, and expense reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, events management, or a leadership role
  • Strong background in administrative support and managing executive-level tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years in management consulting, strategy, or operational leadership
  • 2+ years of experience in chief of staff, communications, or administrative roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or Business
  • Familiarity with the commercial real estate or financial services industry
  • Experience with project management software and designing SharePoint sites
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign or Photoshop
