Project Management Assistant

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical bridge between acoustic masters and engineering teams to translate concepts into production-ready solutions
• Synthesize complex acoustic algorithms into clear business value and user benefits for executive leadership
• Produce high-quality, aesthetically superior PPT presentations to facilitate decision-making at the HQ level
• Utilize Generative AI (LLMs) for cross-border meeting synthesis, technical documentation, and risk prediction models

Requirements

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, or an equivalent field
• 2+ years of experience in automotive audio development or project management
• Deep familiarity with EE architecture, DSP signal processing, and automotive protocols such as A2B and Ethernet
• Professional fluency in both English and Chinese
• Exceptional PPT design skills and experience using AI tools to optimize workflows
