Project Management Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project reports
• Organize and facilitate meetings and write minutes
• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel
• Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Manage platform-level projects and monitor milestones
• Ensure CAD robustness level 2 and manage RFQs
• Track numerical PIV and coordinate robustness, RFQ, PIV, and GDM activities
• Work autonomously as a PMO across multiple projects

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management
• Up to 1 year of experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Proficiency in PMO tools and methodologies
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Excellent communication skills in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Experience with Change Management (GDM)
• Understanding of product robustness and automotive testing
• Knowledge of Power BI
