Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, grammar, and cultural relevance
• Identify linguistic issues and provide high-quality rewritten responses
• Create natural prompts and responses in Hindi to improve conversational datasets
• Perform structured tasks including preference ranking, grammaticality checks, and text improvement
• Collaborate with global teams to refine AI language models

Requirements

• Native or professional fluency in both Hindi and English
• Excellent written communication skills and strong grammatical accuracy in both languages
• Deep familiarity with cultural nuances within Hindi-English bilingual contexts
• Experience in writing, teaching, or linguistic evaluation
• Ability to commit 10 to 20 hours per week on a freelance basis
• Ability to work remotely from India without the use of VPNs or IP-masking tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in teaching or professional writing
• Experience with language evaluation or data labeling tasks
