Project Logistic Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end logistics systems for new projects, from quotation and acquisition to implementation.
• Manage the handover of projects to the mass production team, ensuring all validated activities are transferred efficiently.
• Coordinate with customers, direct/indirect suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project execution.
• Define logistical concepts including packaging, transport, material flow, costs, and equipment.
• Develop and implement packaging solutions in collaboration with suppliers to optimize materials and meet customer requirements.
• Manage material flows for components, raw materials, and finished products.
• Configure and update supply chain checklists and manage data entry within SAP.
• Ensure availability of purchased components and manage pre-series production orders, labeling, and transport.
• Communicate effectively in English with international suppliers to manage global automotive supply chains.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics project management.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector and IAM/OES market dynamics is a plus.
