Project Leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, patient-focused clinical trials.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for mid to large-size biotech and pharma clients.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Drive operational excellence through on-time delivery and high-quality standards to exceed client expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate team activities throughout the clinical development process.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field.
• 2+ years of experience leading Global Clinical Trials in Project Management (experience within a CRO, Biotech, or Pharma company is preferred).
• Proven experience in project scheduling, resource management, and budget management.
• Strong knowledge of the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a clinical or health-related field.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex global studies.
