Project Leadership – Biotech (clinical trials) – Neurology/Psych/Rare Disease

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, patient-focused clinical trials for biotech clients.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to achieve on-time delivery and exceed client expectations.
• Drive success in specialized therapeutic areas including Neurology, Psychiatry, and Rare Diseases.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading Global Clinical Trials in Project Management within a CRO, Biotech, or Pharma company.
• Proven experience in project scheduling, resource management, and budget management.
• Strong knowledge of the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically within the Biotech division or supporting Biotech-specific client needs.
• Expertise in managing global studies within Neurology, Psychiatry, or Rare Disease therapeutic areas.
