Project Leader

Responsibilities

• Follow the GPMS procedure throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Drive projects in alignment with PM and YAZAKI expectations, ensuring full compliance with customer specifications
• Communicate customer requirements and expectations to the team through team leaders
• Analyze project schedules at each milestone, including timing, required resources, and process maturity
• Identify and share project constraints with the CSC
• Prepare project risk assessments, including all issues and constraints identified for each milestone
• Contribute actively to achieving SOP objectives on time with high efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 2 years of experience in Project Management or Production Preparation
• Fluency in both English and French
• Strong customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to engage in active learning and self-development
