Project Leader - Product Development Hydraulic

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineers and resources to ensure the development of new hydraulic technologies and systems for vehicles.
• Ensure project deliverables meet planning requirements, including DFMEA, Technical Design Reviews, drawings, and bill of material releases.
• Identify optimal technical, economical, and manufacturing solutions for hydraulic components applied to drivelines.
• Manage the integration of systems, subsystems, or components in alignment with quality, cost, and performance targets.
• Coordinate co-design activities with assigned suppliers to meet performance requirements.
• Maintain project status documentation and support the Hydraulic Powertrain team during main project milestones.
• Contribute to the definition of Product Validation plans and identify design solutions for manufacturing process improvements.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree with an emphasis on automotive applications.
• Proven project management experience within a consolidated organization, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a target-driven mindset.
• Proactive attitude with high levels of accountability.
