Project Leader Movistar Total

Responsibilities

• Lead working groups and monitor initiatives for the Movistar Total strategic project.
• Design and implement commercial campaigns, coordinating with internal areas to ensure timely deployment.
• Evaluate the commercial opportunity funnel (customer bases, physical channel visits, digital leads, etc.) and define new engagement methods.
• Propose improvements to the Movistar Total value proposition, including benefits, discounts, services, and equipment, based on sales channel feedback.
• Monitor KPIs, build control dashboards, and generate early warnings to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Systems, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with experience conducting meetings at a managerial level.
• Ability to transmit knowledge and instructions clearly and precisely.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and using KPI dashboards for performance tracking.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse professional profiles.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities based on strategic results.
