Project Leader, Labelling

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and monitor multiple simple to moderate labeling projects from initiation through completion
• Develop and write project scope summaries and rationales based on labeling requests
• Determine execution strategies within change management systems
• Develop change plan activities and monitor activity closure
• Create and manage schedules to track projects against service level agreements
• Interact with global manufacturing plants to implement labeling on products
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive projects to completion
• Facilitate meetings to resolve project conflicts
• Monitor and control projects throughout the lifecycle to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage resource constraints

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or change management
• Working experience in a regulated industry
• Experience in a global environment in pharmaceutical labeling or regulated industries preferred
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint)
• Understanding of labeling, translation, change control processes, and data management systems is helpful
• Experience with global cross-functional team meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of change management systems
