About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan, and verify project execution in terms of time, form, and budget
- Supervise and lead work teams
- Manage projects using logs, photographic reports, and cost supervision
- Review and approve work plans, schedules, and strategies
- Maintain constant communication with clients to manage expectations
- Negotiate contracts and conditions with providers and clients
- Implement corrective actions for deviations in quality, time, or cost
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in coordination and supervision of civil works, installations, and maintenance projects
- Proven experience leading administrative and operational teams
- Experience in retail sector construction (preferred)
- Knowledge of construction industry and project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Six Sigma)
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Availability to travel as necessary
