Project Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams through the full New Product Introduction (NPI) project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure all milestones are achieved on time
• Manage project resources and budgets, balancing cost efficiency with performance targets
• Drive the execution of APQP deliverables, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure alignment of expectations
• Monitor project KPIs related to quality, delivery, and cost
• Identify risks and lead problem-solving activities using the 8D methodology
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, VDA, and environmental/safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or a related field)
• 3–5 years of project management experience within the manufacturing or automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of automotive core tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC
• Experience with plastic injection molding processes and secondary operations
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Fluency in English for customer interaction and professional communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification
• Experience with MS Project or similar project planning tools
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 standards
