Project Leader

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and lead New Product Introductions (NPI) and engineering changes (ECN/ECR).
• Ensure project compliance regarding time, cost, and quality through rigorous APQP execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain effective communication with clients and internal departments.
• Manage project planning, execution, and follow-up to meet established objectives.
• Oversee product testing, validations, and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Advanced conversational English skills.
• Strong knowledge of AIAG methodologies, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and 8D.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and VDA standards.
• Experience with plastic injection processes and material applications.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, GD&T, Control Plans, and process flow diagrams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D design software.
• Knowledge of GQA, CQR, and CQI-12.
