Project Leader Junior R&D - Cementitious Products

Responsibilities

• Lead development and reformulation projects for cementitious adhesives, mortars, and repair solutions
• Develop formulations and manage laboratory testing according to industry standards (EN 12004, EN 998, EN 1504, etc.)
• Coordinate industrial trials and product scaling in collaboration with the production department
• Analyze raw materials, evaluate suppliers, and propose technical or economic alternatives
• Document developments by writing technical reports and product specifications
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to transform market needs into technical solutions
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in external certifications

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in chemical formulation or product development, preferably in construction chemicals
• Knowledge of additives, cements, mineral fillers, and cement chemistry
• Proficiency in technical English for reading standards and communicating with suppliers
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a desire to grow within an R&D environment
