Project Leader de Electrónica & Accesorios

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Electronics & Accessories business unit.
• Establish pricing, price parameterization, and demand planning.
• Validate pricing strategies, margins, and portfolio profitability across different channels and categories.
• Negotiate with key suppliers and commercial partners within the accessories ecosystem.
• Approve supply plans and demand projections to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
• Manage key business performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, margin, turnover, and availability.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Logistics, and IT departments to implement business initiatives.
• Report business results, progress, and risks on a periodic basis.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roles.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation, category management, and profitability analysis.
• Strong knowledge of the technology, electronics, or retail markets.
• Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Commercial Management, Supply Chain, or an MBA.
