Project Leader Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project industrialization through both development and serial phases
• Ensure compliance with customer milestones and ANPQP requirements
• Manage project risk assessments, 4M & QCD reporting, and escalate critical issues
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives and foster a performance culture
• Oversee RFQ preparation, PCS consolidation, and ramp-up costs
• Monitor project quality, efficiency, obsolescence management, and prototype production
• Lead contractual and operational processes including CEC contract preparation and GPMS functional reviews

Requirements

• Master or Engineering degree in a technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Wire Harness (WH) field
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in both French and English
