We leverage our advanced AI-based document processing technology, "SmartRead," to build AI-powered workflow automation solutions that significantly improve corporate productivity and address labor shortages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of applications that seamlessly integrate client existing systems with "SmartRead."
• Handle upstream processes including client requirement gathering, definition, and basic design.
• Propose optimal solutions combining "SmartRead" with peripheral systems.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to develop implementation plans.
• Execute development using Waterfall or Agile methodologies in coordination with internal product teams and external vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end project experience from design and development to production deployment.
• Proficiency in either Java or Python.
• Experience with Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience conducting projects using Agile development methodologies.
• Foundational knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience in business process improvement projects (e.g., public sector, finance, or manufacturing).
• Strong communication skills to coordinate priorities and system implementation plans with team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI-related systems or using AI tools for efficiency.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• English communication skills (written and verbal) for working in a multinational environment.
• Experience proposing system implementation plans to clients.
• Experience with GitHub.
• Experience creating automation tools using ShellScript or Excel VBA.
• Experience in management within a development group as a project leader.
