Project Leader - Chassis/Integration

Responsibilities

• Manage overall Chassis Programs including Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Structural, Frames, Wheels, Tires, and Mounts
• Lead Vehicle Integration and issue resolution specifically in Chassis and Top-Hat zones
• Manage vehicle testing at component, subsystem, module, and vehicle levels
• Negotiate with cross-functional teams and act as the primary client contact
• Apply exposure to CAE load cases and regulatory requirements to project workflows

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in Program Management within OEM, Tier 1, or ESP environments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Expertise in Chassis systems and vehicle integration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of product development stages and Industry 4.0/Industry X
