Project Leader Building & Construction

Responsibilities

• Support the Facility Management & Real Estate (FMRE) team in shaping organizational development and business-critical decisions.
• Drive processes through innovation excellence and best practice sharing to improve organizational performance.
• Enhance internal relationships between Facility Management and Real Estate service lines within a matrix organization.
• Represent the FMRE management team in internal and external forums while promoting digital solutions across sites.
• Establish and develop close relationships with worldwide FMRE teams and key internal business partners.

Requirements

• Background in Civil Engineering.
• Solid experience in Project Management.
• Ability to collaborate within transnational teams and interface with external stakeholders and local authorities.
• Strong Supplier and Customer Relationship Management skills.
• Proficiency in both English and French (oral and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI Bronze Certification.
