Project Leader Building & Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and medium-scale building and construction projects to shape the infrastructure footprint of the Airbus Commercial Grand Saint Martin site.
• Support Facility Management & Real Estate (FMRE) in shaping organizational development and business-critical decisions.
• Drive processes through innovation excellence and best practice sharing to improve organizational performance.
• Enhance internal relationships between FMRE service lines within a matrix organization.
• Represent the FMRE management team in internal and external forums while promoting digital solutions.
• Establish and develop close relationships with worldwide FMRE teams and key internal business partners.

Requirements

• Background in Civil Engineering.
• Solid experience in Project Management.
• Ability to collaborate within transdivisional and transnational teams.
• Experience interfacing with external stakeholders, including local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Strong supplier and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in both written and oral English and French.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI Bronze Certification.
