Project Leader: Automotive

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate product development through the entire lifecycle from concept to series production
• Manage development activities including changes and improvements during ongoing production
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure project goals are met regarding function, performance, quality, schedule, technical solution, and cost

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in product development within the automotive industry
• Strong experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Ability to independently drive development activities and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English
