Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and programs of varying size and complexity, ensuring requirements for cost, schedule, and quality are met
• Oversee project organization, goal setting, steering, scheduling, and progress documentation
• Ensure structured stakeholder management as a key interface between clients, planners, contractors, and local authorities
• Act as a client representative with a deep understanding of design, specifications, and instructions

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex building construction projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams
