Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and project management expertise for ELS Clinical Solutions transitions and work streams
• Liaise with various stakeholders to execute operational strategies for growth, expansion, and transformation
• Manage text and video content management systems, ensuring data accuracy and on-time delivery
• Provide SME and vendor support, including training on content management systems and facilitating documentation
• Coordinate customer service tickets and investigate user questions or concerns
• Maintain a "single source of truth" for data consistency across disparate systems
• Collaborate with Product, Informatics, and third-party vendors to manage metadata and content releases

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of experience in project or program management leadership
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel
• Demonstrated independent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple simultaneous projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma or PMP certification
• Working knowledge of XML content formats, HTML, and raster/vector file formats
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies
