Project Lead-Partnership

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships with government entities, corporates, and universities
• Negotiate partnership terms, MoUs, and commercial agreements
• Act as the primary relationship manager for key clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Develop customized solutions, proposals, and presentations aligned with client objectives
• Coordinate with internal operations, training, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners and represent the organization at industry forums

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management
• Proven experience working with government entities and corporate clients
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills
