Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering work scopes, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements.
• Monitor project progress to ensure all schedule and budget requirements are met.
• Identify and document changes in scope and assist in determining procurement requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, and standard engineering computations.
• Ensure client criteria and scope are met across all engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical guidance and input to CAD Designers, Drafters, and junior Engineers.
• Review supplier drawing submittals and assist in performing technical bid analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience.
• Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, specifically within the UAE.
• Working knowledge of CAD and other standard engineering PC software packages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in Infrastructure Design.
• Strong background and knowledge in Planning and Scheduling.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
