Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering work scopes, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedule and budget requirements
• Identify and document changes in scope and assist in procurement work planning
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, and standard engineering computations
• Ensure client criteria and scope are met across all engineering disciplines
• Expedite distribution of action items and follow up with the team on deliverables
• Provide technical guidance to CAD Designers, Drafters, and junior Engineers
• Review supplier drawing submittals and assist in technical bid analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience in large infrastructure projects
• Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects within the UAE
• Working knowledge of CAD and standard engineering PC software packages

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in Infrastructure Design
• Background and knowledge in Planning and Scheduling
• Strong effective communication skills
