Project Lead (Murex)

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end delivery oversight of the Markets domain across Front Office, Back Office, Risk, and Finance.
• Define scope, plans, milestones, and deliverables for the Markets domain to ensure alignment with regional roadmaps.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to identify and manage interdependencies, sequencing, and potential delivery conflicts.
• Consolidate Markets-related risks and issues at the country level and lead proactive mitigation and escalation efforts.
• Support the Country Program Manager in Steering Committees by representing delivery status and providing forward-looking risk insights.
• Coordinate with country vendors to ensure alignment on timelines, issue resolution, and readiness expectations.

Requirements

• 10-13+ years of experience in large-scale banking transformations with a proven track record of influence.
• Strong Murex Front Office (FO) or Back Office (BO) domain knowledge.
• Extensive experience with Murex systems supporting end-to-end trade processing, risk analytics, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of local market nuances and a willingness to participate actively on-site.
• Proficiency in English (C2 level).

Preferred Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Markets processes across Front Office, Back Office, Risk, and Finance functions.
