Project Lead, ML Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Manage the change order process with specialist contractors, ensuring scope documentation captures mechanical, electrical, and fibre requirements
• Oversee contractor delivery schedules and communicate key milestones to stakeholders
• Lead the execution of ML infrastructure works and minimize change orders
• Coordinate logistics of materials from integrators and internal suppliers
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with ML infrastructure delivery
• Coordinate critical interfaces including power availability, cooling readiness, and hall acceptance
• Work with fibre infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with ML requirements
• Manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical commissioning activities up to L3 completion
• Provide regular reporting on project risks, timelines, and progress

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in data centre construction and commissioning
• Strong technical background in data centre fit-out and commissioning projects
• Thorough understanding of the total project life cycle
• Solid understanding of complex site-specific configurations and supply chain coordination
• Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Availability for on-site work
