Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Khan Academy learning platform across government schools in Uttar Pradesh.
• Deliver regular training to education officials and teachers, following up to identify challenges and strengthen the program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nodal officers, state resource persons, district-level officers, and school stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits (3-4 times per week) to gather qualitative insights and identify strategic levers for adoption.
• Use data-backed insights to assist partners and the program in making informed decisions.
• Document all state discussions and manage knowledge effectively to keep internal and external stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Content, Partner Operations, and Data and Efficacy, to ensure successful program delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (reading, speaking, and writing).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to identify trends and draw evidence-based conclusions.
• Ability to travel regularly within the state of Uttar Pradesh for field visits.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences, including written documentation and digital presentations.
