Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of the Khan Academy learning platform across government schools in Telangana in collaboration with the Department of School Education.
• Deliver and support regular training sessions for education officials and teachers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nodal officers, district-level officers, and school stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits (3-4 times per week) to gather qualitative insights and identify strategic levers for adoption.
• Use data-backed insights to assist partners and the internal team in making informed program decisions.
• Document all state discussions and manage knowledge effectively to keep internal and external stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with Content, Partner Operations, and Data teams to ensure successful program delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English and Telugu (reading, speaking, and writing).
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and draw evidence-based conclusions.
• Ability to travel regularly within the state of Telangana for field visits.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with government school systems.
• Background as an educator.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and making informed decisions under ambiguity.
