Project Lead - Event Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of temporary infrastructure, including overlay planning, procurement, installation, and removal.
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop overlay requirements and ensure projects meet specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage supplier contracts and procurement processes to ensure supply chain adequacy and adherence to guidelines.
• Contribute to the Master Build Schedule and assist in preparing bump-in and bump-out plans.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support account reconciliation.
• Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and building standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in major event overlay planning, infrastructure delivery, or event operations.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, site plans, and overlay documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Experience developing construction timelines and understanding overlay sequencing and site logistics.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage budgets, reporting, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
