Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management and execution of the 5 Year Technology plan
• Coordinate multiple technology projects and collect requirements from stakeholders
• Work with business analysts to ensure technology is deployed and operationalized effectively
• Establish, maintain, track, and monitor project plans and assignments
• Create presentations and data analysis for team meetings

Requirements

• Experience in project management, managing deadlines and milestones
• Experience assisting in technology strategy development and implementation
• Experience coordinating and supporting IT business processes
• Baccalaureate degree and two years of experience in community work, or high school diploma and six years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in project management
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Experience with business intelligence systems
• Experience in data analytics for system monitoring and remediation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
