Responsibilities

• Lead the project team by operationally managing assigned resources and skills
• Ensure technical delivery, monitor functional analysis, and control client requirements
• Manage project quality, cost, and delivery, including workload estimation and activity planning
• Prepare and lead weekly project committees and monthly project reviews
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational project reports
• Apply ALTEN's processes, methods, and tools
• Coordinate Team Pilots, Lot Managers, and consultants
• Transmit knowledge and ensure team skill development

Requirements

• Mechatronics Engineer or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Full stack development experience (Java, Python, or app development)
• Embedded systems knowledge including communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and Hardware in loop (HIL)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a related technical field
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management certification
• Scrum certification or Scrum Master experience
