Responsibilities

• Monitor project risks and participate in monthly Steering Committees
• Consolidate operational and financial reports
• Lead multiple projects with a high level of commitment
• Coordinate Project Leaders and Team Leaders
• Manage the hierarchical and functional structure of Level 1 Project Leaders
• Transfer knowledge and ensure skills development within the team
• Implement ALTEN's processes, methods, and tools
• Track KPIs and prepare operational project reports
• Implement quality, health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Science Engineering
• Knowledge and experience in embedded systems and software
• Advanced English proficiency
• Essential team management skills
• Project management knowledge (certification preferred)
• Scrum Master certification preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
