Project Intern 1

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor CAPEX engineering projects in accordance with corporate guidelines
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Track project performance through KPIs such as SPI, CPI, and S-curve achievement
• Identify risks and deviations, implementing effective mitigation and corrective action plans
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage technical documentation, including drawings and specifications, ensuring version control and traceability
• Support contracting processes and prepare management reports throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Background in Engineering, Maintenance, Processes, or Production
• Experience with CAPEX project management and lifecycle execution
• Proficiency with project planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera)
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies
• Ability to manage technical documentation and follow corporate governance standards
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
