About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver project information management strategies in alignment with digital delivery and project execution plans.
  • Ensure project processes and standards comply with IM strategy and programme requirements.
  • Manage the digital delivery budget, including software, hardware, resources, and training.
  • Implement policies regarding information security, confidentiality, export controls, and intellectual property protection.
  • Lead the build, deployment, and maintenance of digital solutions and services on the project.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing through the use of project portals, MS Teams, and other technologies.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members and guide the development of the wider IM community.
  • Interpret and communicate contracted information requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must hold or be eligible to apply for UK security clearance.
  • Proven experience in information management on large-scale capital projects.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams ecosystem.
  • Experience working within highly regulated and security-conscious environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in the procurement process from initial engagement to award.
  • Strong ability to lead, build integrated teams, and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to plan and execute information management and digital transformation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Previous experience within the nuclear industry.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 19650 and data standards like CFIHOS.
  • Experience with design engineering software such as Autodesk or AVEVA.
  • Understanding of government security classifications.
