About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all project information workflows in accordance with Information Management Procedures and BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) including Viewpoint, Morta, and SharePoint ensuring ISO 19650 compliance
- Support Information and Design Managers in managing coordination meetings and tracking deliverables
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure information exchange via Morta
- Manage the flow of documents and drawings across all project disciplines
- Conduct regular audits of the CDE to ensure compliance and identify process improvements
- Generate reports and dashboards on document status, approval workflows, and information progress
- Support the Project Quality Manager with documentation for the Quality Management System (IMS)
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in an Information Coordinator or Document Control role within the UK construction industry
- Prior experience utilizing Viewpoint
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail regarding accuracy and compliance
- Valid driving license
