Project HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert to drive leadership commitment and embed a culture of safety, health, and wellness
• Participate in presentations, consultation meetings, bids, and contract generation
• Ensure project designs are safe, efficient, and meet company and local compliance standards
• Oversee HSE activities in accordance with laws, regulations, and client requirements
• Work with the PJM team to integrate contractor plans and hierarchy of controls into projects
• Manage and implement HSE programs to meet regulatory and client needs
• Coach stakeholders in executing HSE tools and techniques
• Conduct audits and manage accident reporting, recording, and investigation procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, OHS, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional
• Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience within pharmaceutical environments
• Fluency in English and German
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Swiss/EU regulatory frameworks
