Project HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the development, management, and continuous improvement of the Project HSE Management System throughout the EPIC phases.
• Plan and coordinate HSE personnel activities across both design and site locations.
• Define HSE strategies and criteria for project plans, specific studies, and global performance analysis.
• Ensure all design, procurement, construction, and installation activities comply with Client HSE requirements, Saipem standards, local legislation, and international standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
• Manage HSE design and site personnel.
• Assist engineering and management teams with Risk Management processes, including HAZOP, HAZID, and Risk Assessments.
• Conduct pre-construction surveys to identify safety criticalities and environmental sensitive areas.
• Lead accident and incident investigations.
• Develop emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Plan and conduct HSE audits for project sites and contractors.
• Monitor, analyze, and report HSE performance to corporate organizations.
• Implement Health Management Systems and MEDEVAC setups.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HSE Management System development.
• Strong expertise in Risk Management processes (HAZOP, HAZID, Risk Assessment).
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience in accident/incident investigation and HSE auditing.
• Ability to develop emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Proficiency in the English language.
