  • Lead tendering, contracting, and negotiation processes with vendors and contractors

  • Conduct performance appraisals and mentor departmental staff

Requirements

  • BE/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution
  • 20+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • 15+ years in project management for high-rise residential, commercial, or township projects
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects across multiple cities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, pricing frameworks, and quantity estimations
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
