About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the reliability and consistency of the project's budget structure
  • Manage financial data within management tools and detect coding anomalies
  • Monitor commitments, expenses, remaining commitments, and accruals
  • Reconcile budgetary, accounting, and operational data
  • Analyze variances between actual, committed, and forecasted figures
  • Contribute to Free Cash Flow management under the project financial controller
  • Collect and consolidate expense forecasts and update financial trajectories
  • Produce and update internal financial dashboards and management review supports
  • Act as an interface between operational, management, finance, and accounting teams
  • Monitor management circuits including orders, invoices, and payments

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance
  • 5 years of experience in financial management for infrastructure projects
  • Experience in budget steering and management control
  • Experience with railway projects in upstream or operational phases is ideal
  • Mastery of GEREMI Opérations / Affaires management tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High level of rigor in calculations and strong reactivity
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage in technical dialogue with experts
