Project Finance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and updating of the Business Execution Plan to support O&M Operating Costs
• Prepare the Quarterly Annual Financial Report (QAFR) and provide inputs for Customer and Service Rates
• Assist in preparing and maintaining the NISC procurement plan in coordination with Service Owners
• Monitor financial targets, revenues, costs, variances, and productivity to identify necessary corrective actions
• Monitor Purchase Orders for externally sourced workforce and maintain execution dashboards
• Guide staff in identifying service costs and managing projects in ServiceNow
• Review and validate project Price Proposals for OE services from a financial perspective
• Manage EBA Fund tasks such as administrative travel and align resource allocations with business plans
• Ensure discipline in booking effort against actual workload and secure timely processing of timesheets

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of cost accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Experience working in an international environment with military and civilian elements
• Experience in a customer funding environment
• Experience in documenting and improving business processes
• Ability to build relationships across the business
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in budgetary planning and management
• Experience in resource planning and personnel management
• Awareness of Project Management Frameworks such as PRINCE2 or PMP
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of the NCI Agency
