Project Finance Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage Order to Cash (O2C) activities and monthly revenue/backlog accounting for a portfolio of projects
• Lead and manage a small team of 3-4 project finance personnel
• Analyze monthly project revenue and identify/correct exceptions or deviations in key performance metrics
• Provide project-level reporting, reconciliations, and support internal stakeholders including Account Management and Project Operations
• Utilize PeopleSoft ERP for project setup, maintaining customer contracts, budgets, rate sets, and billing plans
• Support management in compliance, quality assurance, process documentation, and lean projects
• Train and coach team colleagues to achieve subject matter expertise

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in commerce, economics, accounting, or management (Accounting education is mandatory)
• 2+ years of experience in finance and accounting
• Strong knowledge of statutory and management accounting
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and experience with PeopleSoft PA module is highly desirable
• Strong numerical and logical reasoning abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural, transnational environment and willingness to work in shifts
