Project Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage Order to Cash (O2C) activities and monthly revenue/backlog accounting for a portfolio of projects
• Lead and manage a small team of 3-4 project finance personnel
• Analyze monthly project revenue and backlog to identify and correct exceptions
• Highlight deviations in key performance metrics including backlog variance, write-offs, and contribution margin
• Provide project-level reporting, reconciliations, and manage ad-hoc financial tasks
• Utilize PeopleSoft ERP for project setup, maintaining customer contracts, budgets, and billing plans
• Support internal stakeholders including Account Management, Project Operations, and Business Finance teams
• Assist management with compliance, quality assurance, and process documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance and accounting
• Degree in commerce, economics, accounting, or management (Accounting education is mandatory)
• Strong numerical and logical reasoning abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural, transnational environment and accommodate shift work
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with PeopleSoft PA module is highly desirable
