About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure project governance regarding organizational, financial, technological, and contractual aspects to meet established objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and control project execution within time and cost constraints, adhering to HSE and Quality procedures.
- Manage fabrication activities in both internal and external yards to meet cost, time, quality, and safety targets.
- Identify fabrication needs during the E&P phase, including constructability, material management, and make-or-buy decisions.
- Represent the company towards clients, licensors, partners, and subcontractors, managing contractual negotiations and variation orders.
- Define project strategies, including execution plans, procurement plans, and resource allocation.
- Supervise economic and financial tasks, including cash flow management and project economic indicators.
- Oversee home office engineering, procurement, site/yard, and offshore activities.
- Manage the handover between the commercial and execution phases and provide client assistance during the guarantee period.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical qualification.
- At least 10 years of experience in plant engineering, specifically with offshore platforms.
- Proficiency in Primavera or similar project scheduling software.
- Strong command of the English language (B2/C1 level).
- Willingness to travel abroad and relocate onshore or offshore as required by project needs.
